Assembly Instructions

STEP 1
Take all parts out of carton and match with Part List. If you are missing any call 1(800)-232-5347 for customer service.

STEP 2
Install luggage-style top handle on keg top. Properly seat handle on keg top. Insert two 10-24 3/4" carriage bolts. Fasten bolts with 10-24 whiz flange nuts inside of keg top. Hand tighten. Use key fob for final tightening.

 

 

STEP 3
(Round vents not needed with gas grill) Install side clips to keg top. Position clips to side. (Figure 1) From outside insert 4-40 x 3/8" round headed bolt through clip. Add #4 split lock washer and #4-40 wing nut. Repeat on opposite side.

 

STEP 4
Install burner tube. from inside keg bottom, insert the round end of burner tube through hole with curved top. (figure 2) Line up "L" end of tube with hole. From outside of keg bottom, insert the 1/4-20 x 1/2" carriage bolt add 1/4 split lock washer and 1/4-20 wing nut. (Figure 3)

 

 

 

 

STEP 5
Install Regulator. With regulator facing up, insert end of regulator into end of burner tube, ensuring notch in end of regulator pushes past inside tube locking mechanism. (Figure 4) Secure regulator by turning regulator on slight angle.
